Strawberry Fields

  • Bright and fruity strawberries meet sweet basil, and heart healthy green tea, in this easy-going infusion that works well for a sunny afternoon or brunch cocktail.

    Best infused with: Vodka, Gin, Blanco Tequila, Mezcal, Blanco Rum, or hot water.

    Best served: 1.5-2 ounces over ice, topped with tonic water, club soda, lemon juice, or ginger ale.

    Serves: 6-8 servings per jar.

  • Strawberry Fields

    1.5 oz Strawberry Fields infusion

    .5 oz fresh lemon juice

    .25oz agave nectar

    Mix into a cocktail tin with ice, strain neat into a Coup or Nick and Nora glass. Enjoy!

    Strawberry Basil Negroni

    1.5 oz Strawberry Fields infusion

    .75 oz Campari

    .75oz Sweet Vermouth

    Mix into a rocks glass or an old-fashioned glass and add ice. Stir and garnish with a lemon twist.

    Strawberry Bellini

    1 oz Strawberry Fields infusion

    5 oz Prosecco or other sparkling wine

    Add 1oz of infusion to champagne flute or wine glass and top with sparkling wine or prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Garden Cello

  • Herbal and refreshing with stress reducing lemon balm, lemon verbena, hints of cool mint and juicy lemon make up this delightful variation of a limoncello.

    Best infused with: Vodka, Gin, Blanco Rum, or hot water.

    Best served: 1.5-2 ounces over ice topped with, tonic water, club soda, lemon juice, or lemon soda.

    Serves: 6-8 servings per jar.

  • Garden Cello Sour

    2 oz Garden Cello infusion

    .75 oz fresh lemon juice

    .25 oz Agave nectar

    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin with ice, shake and strain neat into a coupe or over ice in a rocks glass. Enjoy!

    Spiked Arnold Palmer

    1.5 oz Garden Cello infusion

    4 oz lemonade

    4 oz iced tea

    Combine all ingredients in a high ball glass or pint glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon wheel. Enjoy!

    The Garden Daisy

    2 oz Garden Cello infusion

    .5 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec

    .5 oz fresh lemon juice

    Combine all ingredients in a high ball glass, top with ice, and fill to top with club soda. Garnish with fresh edible flowers or lemon wheel. Enjoy!

Berry Bramble

  • Indulge in antioxidant rich blueberries, raspberry leaf, immune boosting myrtle leaf, and heart healthy green tea in this garden bramble.

    Best infused with: Gin, Vodka, Brandy, Pisco, and Blanco rum, or hot water.

    Best severed: 1.5-2oz poured over ice, topped with fresh lemon juice and club soda.

    Serves: 6-8 servings per jar.

  • Garden Bramble

    2oz Bramble Infused with Gin

    .5oz fresh lemon juice

    1 barspoon agave nectar

    Combine all ingredients into a cocktail tin with ice, strain over crushed ice into a stemless wine glass. Garnish with fresh sprigs of mint. Enjoy!

    Berry Bellini

    1oz of Bramble Infused with Vodka

    5oz Prosecco

    Add 1oz of Bramble infusion into a Champagne flute or wine glass and top with prosecco or sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist. Enjoy!

Spicy Mango Rita

  • Turn up the heat in this spicy bird’s eye chili infused mango, magnesium and potassium rich Himalayan pink salt, and lime Magarita variation!

    Best Infused with: Blanco Tequila, Reposado Tequila, Mezcal, Vodka, or hot water.

    Best served: 1.5-2oz poured over ice and topped with fresh lime juice and club soda. Enjoy!

    Serves: 6-8 servings per jar.

  • Smokey Mango-Rita

    2oz Mango-Rita Infused with Mezcal

    .75oz fresh lime juice

    .5oz triple sec.

    1 barspoon agave nectar

    Combine ingredients into a cocktail tin with ice, shake and strain neat into a Margarita glass. Paint rim of margarita glass with agave and roll into crushed pink Himalayan salt. Garnish with lime wheel. Enjoy!

    Spicy Paloma

    1.5oz Spicy Mango-Rita Tequila

    1.5oz fresh grapefruit juice

    .5oz fresh lime juice

    1 barspoon of agave nectar

    Combine ingredients into a cocktail tin with ice, shake and strain over ice into a highball or pint glass and top with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit wedge. Enjoy!

    2oz Pineapple Punch infused with Vodka

    .5oz fresh lime juice

    The Scarlet Macaw

    1.5oz Pineapple Punch infused with Blanco Rum

    .75oz Campari

    1.5oz pineapple juice

Hibiscus Ginger Pear

  • This Hibiscus Ginger Pear infusion has notes of sweet baked pear, tart and floral hibiscus flower and gently warming ginger, with immune boosting echinacea to ward off cold and flu season!

    Best infused with: Vodka, Gin, Blanco Rum, Tequila, Mezcal, Brandy, or hot water

    Best served: 1.5-2oz poured over ice, topped with ginger beer or club soda.

    2oz Hibiscus Pear infused with tequila.

    .75oz fresh lime juice

    .5oz triple sec

    2oz Hibiscus Pear infused with Brandy

    .5oz triple sec

Apple Cinnamon Spice

  • Get cozy with a classic Apple Cinnamon Spice infusion. Using both sweet and tart apples, premium cinnamon bark and rooibos tea this recipe is an Autum staple!

    Best infused with: Vodka, Spiced or Blanco Rum, Whiskey, Bourbon, Brandy, or hot water.

    Best served: 1.5-2oz poured over ice, topped with sparkling cider or club soda.

    Serves: 6-8 serving per jar.

  • Spiced Appletini

    2oz Apple Spice infused with Vodka

    .75oz fresh lemon juice

    .25oz honey simple syrup

    Combine ingredients into cocktail tin with ice, shake and strain neat into a martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon sugar rim and an apple slice. Enjoy!

    Apple Old Fashion

    20z Apple Spice infused with Bourbon

    2-3 dashes angostura bitters

    Pour Apple Spice Bourbon infusion into a rocks glass, dash with angostura bitters. Add ice, stir and garnish with an orange peel. Enjoy!

Winter Wassail

  • A wassail is a punch that is traditionally made from orchard fruit and mulling spices. This one contains, cherries, apple, pineapple, orange, cinnamon, star anise, clove and allspice. It’s a delightful winter concoction to help celebrate the holiday season!

    Best infused with: Vodka, Brandy, Blanco Rum., or hot water.

    Best served: 1.5-2oz poured over ice, topped with sparkling cider or club soda.

    Serves: 6-8 serving per jar.

  • Winter Wassail

    2oz Wassail infused with vodka

    1.5oz fresh orange juice

    .5oz fresh lemon juice

    1 dash angostura bitters

    Combine ingredients into cocktail tin with ice, shake and strain into a coup or martini glass. Garnish with fresh cranberries and an orange twist. Enjoy!

    Wassail Punch

    12oz wassail infused with rum or brandy.

    One 750ml bottle of red wine or one quart of apple cider.

    1/4-quart cherry juice

    1/4-quart orange juice

    Let wassail infuse with liquor for three days, combine with juices, wine or cider in a large pot and simmer for at least one hour. Serve warm or let cool and transfer mixture to a large punch bowl. Garnish with fresh cranberries and orange wheels, star anise or sprigs of rosemary. Enjoy with a large group!
